Remote Island Shipping and Additional Charges

We also deliver to remote islands. However, for areas that our carrier (Sagawa Express) treats as remote-island transfer areas, an additional shipping charge may be billed separately, based on the carrier's inter-island transfer fee.
How the additional charge works
The price shown on each product page already includes shipping for standard domestic delivery (excluding remote islands). If your delivery address is a remote island, you will be charged the equivalent of Sagawa Express's inter-island transfer fee, separately from the price of the goods.
How to pay
After you complete your order, we will check whether your delivery address is in an affected area. If it is, we will contact you at your registered email address or by phone with the amount of the additional charge, and send you a separate payment link (invoice). We will ship your order once payment is confirmed.
- If you do not agree to the additional charge, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid.
- There is no cancellation fee or any other charge to you in that case.
Affected areas
The areas affected are those treated as remote-island transfer areas by our carrier, Sagawa Express. These include islands in Hokkaido, the island districts of Tokyo, Niigata, Shimane, the Seto Inland Sea, Nagasaki, Kagoshima and Okinawa. Treatment can differ from island to island, even within the same prefecture.
If your delivery address is affected, we will contact you individually after you place your order. No additional shipping charge is added during checkout.
