| Returns and exchanges |
We will exchange the item or issue a refund only where the item arrived damaged or leaking due to an accident in transit, or where an item different from your order arrived, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases we cover the return shipping cost. Because of the nature of alcoholic beverages, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons. We are also unable to accept items that have been opened, or contact made 8 or more days after delivery. |
