Shipping policy
Carrier
Orders are shipped by Sagawa Express.
Shipping Fee
All prices include shipping (displayed as free shipping). However, for certain areas such as remote islands, an additional shipping charge may be billed separately, based on our carrier's (Sagawa Express) inter-island transfer fee. See "Delivery Area" below for details.
Shipping Schedule
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon (JST): shipped the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon (JST): shipped the next business day
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays: processed for shipping on Monday
Delivery Time
Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Some areas, including Hokkaido and Okinawa, may take longer.
Delivery Area
We deliver throughout Japan, including remote islands. We do not ship overseas.
For remote islands (areas treated as remote-island transfer areas by our carrier), an additional shipping charge may be billed separately, based on Sagawa Express's inter-island transfer fee. For affected areas and payment details, see Remote Island Shipping and Additional Charges.
Billing the additional charge for remote islands
If we determine after your order that the delivery address is a remote island, we will contact you at your registered email address or by phone and send a separate payment link (invoice) for the additional charge. We will ship your order once payment is confirmed.
- If you do not agree to the additional charge, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid.
- Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order (credit card). Depending on your card issuer's processing, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- There is no cancellation fee or any other charge to you.
Tracking Number
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address after your order has shipped.
Please note
We do not sell alcoholic beverages to anyone under 20 years of age. Drinking by persons under 20 is prohibited by law in Japan.
